7-Day Return Policy
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
How to Return or Exchange
- Email our support team with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- We will schedule a reverse pickup from your delivery address within 24-48 hours.
- Hand over the package to our courier partner.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or dispatch the replacement.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards and products marked as non-returnable on their product page cannot be returned. Items purchased during a clearance sale are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
